Repairs

We guarantee our jewelry for life! If your jewelry requires repair, please email us at jill@hanaijewelry.com. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. We will respond to you with instructions to ship the item back to us for repair.

We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect or if your bracelet stretch cord becomes too loose.

Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on hanaijewelry.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.
